PPM is a UAE-based company headquartered in Dubai, specialised in energy services, commodity trading and scalable manufacturing.
Our Story
PPM was established in the United Arab Emirates in 2023, built by Emirati hands. We started supplying factories with raw materials, food commodities and industrial inputs. Then our team works inside the operation — scaling the production lines and running them at capacity, before moving the finished goods into export markets across Africa and the GCC. Raw material in, finished product out, handled end to end.
That model opened new sectors. In Africa, we built strategic partnerships in fertilizers and minerals at the source, giving us access to production rather than buying through the market. From there we moved into energy, where we now hold a local and international network in trading and petroleum services — covering rig allocation, oilfield supplies and joint partnerships on oilfield projects.
Some relationships became joint ventures. Others became international partnerships that opened new markets and new capabilities. Our leadership set the course for the next stage: manufacturing, industry and Emirati output in every market. We are building toward it, at home and abroad.

PPM operates across foodstuff, FMCG, private-label manufacturing, industrial commodities, energy products, petrochemicals, fertilizers, metals, minerals and oil & gas support services.
We source raw materials and finished goods at origin. We manufacture, repack and produce under private label through our production partnerships, including access to a 72,000 sq. ft. facility. We deliver into the GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe and wider international markets.
What ties it together is control. We hold the input, the production line and the export route — so pricing, quality and delivery stay in our hands, instead of being passed between three parties. We serve buyers, distributors, industries, retailers and government-linked entities that need a supply relationship that holds, not a single shipment.
